Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not accepted for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- E-books
- Sale price items
To complete a return, the customer is required to submit a receipt or proof of purchase and the item returned to MorningStar.
Below are certain situations where only partial refunds would be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, and PC Bible software that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, customer service will send an email notification that the returned item has been received. We will also notify the customer and follow through with the refund procedure mentioned above.
If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 30 days of approval, please check your bank and/or credit card company account again as once processed it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Sale Items
Items purchased at sale or discounted prices are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Exchanges
We will only replace damaged or defective item(s) with the same item(s). If you need to make an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at: bookstore@morningstarministries.org
If your item is damaged by the shipping company, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

In most cases, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping cost for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in a refund.
Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to be delivered may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the customer’s returned item and are not responsible for lost items.
